  • How can I apply?

    There are several ways you can apply to join Sopra Steria:

    • The careers site: Here you can apply for available jobs or make a speculative application.
    • Job boards: We are on over 30 job boards, where you can view our job opportunities.
    • Recruitment events: Our Campus Managers visit schools throughout the year (650 events). You can get to know the company and apply on the spot at any Sopra Steria stand. Our online calendar also contains details of all the recruitment events organised by our regional entities. Come along and meet them!

 

  • What are the main careers on offer at Sopra Steria?

  • Are there opportunities to work abroad?     

Sopra Steria operates in more than 20 countries: Algeria, Austria, Cameroon, China, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, Luxembourg, Morocco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the USA.

There are many opportunities to work abroad with Sopra Steria. Even if our employees work for one of our entities in France, they can still try something new and work abroad, including as an intern or apprentice in one of our international service centres.

 

 

  • Can I talk to employees already working in the role?

We actually have a whole network of employee ambassadors. Thanks to our PathMotion platform, it’s quick and easy to get in touch with our employees.

 

 

  • What is the process for professional retraining?

People who would like to retrain in digital technology are provided with full support and access to everything they need to succeed.

Retraining is hugely important at Sopra Steria, as it allows us to recruit a more diverse range of profiles. It also means we can help recent graduates looking for jobs, who we can then support throughout their integration.


 

  • What are internal progression prospects like?   

We have a great internal mobility policy here at Sopra Steria. We recruit many recent graduates, who are naturally keen to continue their development.

Mobility opportunities tend to be offered once every two years, depending on a person’s current role and the jobs available. Some career progression and mobility opportunities may be carried out abroad.

 

 

  • Do you provide sponsorships to students?       

Our Campus Managers sponsor a number of events. If students want Sopra Steria to sponsor them during a student event they should write to sponsoring-ecoles@soprasteria.com, including details about the school and the event in which they want to participate.

 

 

Gamers are obviously highly rigorous employees first and foremost, who are fully committed to tackling the challenges presented to them by their work. Sopra Steria regularly recruits gamers as pentesters, SOC analysts, SOC ISS and app security engineers.
