Bethany has been working in digital for 25 years as a practitioner, consultant and leader, specialising for the last 15 in User Experience strategy for a number of household name clients.
At Sopra Steria, Bethany leads teams of user experience consultants, product & service designers, and customer experience specialists to ensure that we take a human-centred approach to digital transformation.
She is also a member of the board of cxpartners, a recently acquired specialist design agency and of the Invision Global Design Leadership Forum.
Bethany has spent the last 15 years helping large and complex organisations to make the most of the digital opportunity, giving them the tools to understand, innovate and achieve business transformation through a human-centred approach to digital.
Although she is a designer at heart, as a design leader she is now more focussed on embedding a design culture into organisations at the most senior level, using design thinking techniques to shape business strategy for Sopra Steria and our highest profile clients.
