Laurent has over 25 years' experience in Operations and Supply Chain optimisation, and leads the development of these activities in the Industry & Services sector.
He supports the operational, IS and digital transformation of his clients, with a particular focus on defining strategy, driving and optimising Operations and Supply Chain.
Laurent is mainly involved in supporting the move towards Smart Industry, Maintenance transformation, Warehouse and Transport optimisation, the overhaul of S&OP processes and Supply Chain management with an end-to-end vision.
