For the third consecutive year, Sopra Steria has earned a place as a top-leading company on the 2022 CDP Supplier Engagement Leaderboard. This recognition acknowledges the Group’s work engaging with its suppliers to tackle climate change.
The Carbon Disclosure Project’s (CDP) annual Supplier Engagement Rating assesses companies on their performance on governance, targets, Scope 3 emissions and value chain engagement on climate issues. Sopra Steria is among the top of 8% companies of the 18,500 who responded.

We are proud to be named as a CDP Supplier Engagement Leader for the third consecutive year, which recognises our achievements in reducing our climate impact and our ability to engage our key suppliers in reducing their greenhouse gas emissions. Our focus on Supplier Engagement plays a key role in our target submitted to the Science Based Target initiative to become a net zero company by 2040,” says Fabienne Mathey-Girbig, Corporate Responsibility and Sustainable Development Director at Sopra Steria.

Sopra Steria has been on the CDP Climate “A-list” every year since 2017, Sopra Steria was also ranked in EcoVadis’ top 1% for the fourth time in 2022.
