In 2008, he joined Sopra Steria and a few years later he was in charge of the transformation of a multi-site (France, Israel, Spain) and multi-language project into a 'Scrum of Scrums' framework.
After working as Director of the Digital Services Centre of Spain, he became responsible for Agile coaching in Spain.
Alejandro has a strong expertise in transforming local delivery models into distributed delivery models.
