Marisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science and has worked at Sopra Steria for over twenty years including more than fifteen years as a Project Manager. She has developed her strong expertise by getting involved in strategic projects mainly in industrial environments, managing complex and multidisciplinary teams in multicultural environments.
Her missions are mainly focused on digital transformation projects related to the definition and implementation of Digital Transformation or Digital Workplace Plans. Marisa also works on high-performance entreprise and organizations (supported by the application of methodologies such as lean or scrum and other agile methods), operational modes optimization (from assessment phase to implementation), process design, innovation (facilitation, design thinking), management (PMP. Scrum, Safe) and change management (skills and jobs evolution, coaching).
