As a major player in the digital sector, we are convinced that professional equality between women and men is a major challenge for enriching our corporate culture, energizing our businesses and activities, and consolidating the relationships we have with our teams, customers and partners.
The Group has committed to increasing the representation of women in top management to 23% by 2026. For several years, we have been taking actions to enhance the attractiveness of our professions to women and ensure professional equality between women and men.
In March 2025, we launched our new group-wide gender equality policy.
Since 2021, our group has adhered to the "7 Women’s Empowerment Principles" of the UN Women Charter and has renewed its partnership with UN Women annually.
In 2024, we also renewed the GEEIS (Gender Equality European & International Standard) label for two years. Created by Arborus and audited by Bureau Veritas Certification, this international standard evaluates HR policies on professional equality based on a common framework applicable to any type of company and geography.
