Claudio is leading an important design team in Spain, with more than 120 designers. He is in charge of managing service design projects, mobile applications, user experience, visual design, for our clients in bank, insurance or energy, and projects for UK, France, Belgium and LATAM.
His work involves a lot of innovation, mobile applications, channels, touchpoints, usability, service design, digital transformation, customer experience, design thinking, co-creation, user research and management of teams and creative people.
Claudio wants to improve the relationship between technology and people, defining and designing digital services from the point of view of users, in order to create communication experiences between brands and customers.
