Laurent leads major supply chain and operations digitalisation engagement for large aerospace and defence clients. He started his career in Lean Manufacturing, where he drastically improved client performance in stocks, service rates and equipment effectiveness. He has conducted multiple industrial reorganisation projects in the automotive sector and acted as transition supply chain director for several manufacturing companies.
